By joining this Association you are allowed to call yourself a realtor.
The best means of finding a real estate agent is through friends, relatives, co-workers and members of various organizations such as your church or other service organizations you are a member.
I have a gut feeling about individuals, so if my gut indicate this person might be the one to use in the purchase of a property I use that person.
